After spending 17 years in the corporate world, Pamala Flugence made a bold move. She stepped away from the familiar and launched Let’s Create, combining her passion for creativity with her love for thoughtful gift-giving. What started as a leap of faith quickly became a purpose-driven business that brings people together and builds something lasting.
“It’s more than just products,” Pamala says. “It’s about creating meaningful moments that uplift and support our community.”
“It’s been a constant process of learning and adapting,” she explains. “But every step is worth it when I see the joy it brings others.”
Giving Back Through Creativity
Community is at the core of Let’s Create. Pamala shows up in a big way through local events and creative outreach. She organizes Young Entrepreneurs Pop-Up Shops, giving kids and teens a chance to sell their own creations and learn real business skills. One of her favorite collaborations is the Back-to-School Braiding Event, which she co-hosts with another local business owner.
“Seeing families come together, kids leave with confidence, and parents express their gratitude reminded me why I started Let’s Create,” Pamala says.
Each event is designed to inspire creativity, boost confidence, and strengthen local bonds.
Growing with Purpose
Pamala’s plans for the future include launching Mini Monthly Magic Bags filled with crafts and surprises for kids and expanding into summer Cricut classes to teach the next generation of makers. She is also increasing her involvement in community events and welcomes any help in spreading the word.
“Whether it’s sharing our events, supporting local, or encouraging families to join the fun, it all helps us grow this mission.”

“I stay motivated by remembering why I started. My passion for creativity, my love for my family, and my faith in God’s purpose for this journey keep me grounded,” she shares.
She sees her business as more than a job. It is a way to set an example for her family, to show what it means to build something with purpose, and to serve others with joy.
