Elizabeth Metcalf began her professional path studying medicine at the University of Washington. Health issues in her younger years shifted her course, but rather than give up on her desire to help others, she found a new way forward. She picked up skills in tile work, drywall, millwork, painting, and more, discovering a natural talent and passion for hands-on work. Construction became her outlet, her purpose, and eventually her career.
